GPS Receivers

At the most basic level, GPS receivers determine location based on latitude and longitude, often including altitude as well. Several of the receivers use a Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) by incorporating GLONASS satellites with GPS satellites to improve speed and accuracy in remote locations. To maintain a high standard of precision, all of these GPS receivers offer access to the free Satellite Based Augmentation Systems (SBAS), including WAAS, to achieve 3m positioning or better. The RTK models can be used as a base or rover unit for individual RTK measurements, or used to connect to existing Real-Time Networks (RTN).
