The Extech T-Bar Stem Thermometer measures temperature in frozen solids and liquids. It includes a 4.9" (124mm) stainless steel probe and 0.35" (9mm) LCD display. To preserve battery life, the instrument also has an easy-to-use on/off switch located on the right side of the display. On the left side, you can easily switch back and forth from Fahrenheit to Celsius. The temperature range of the portable thermometer is -58 to 302F (-50 to 150C).
