Based on iButton technology, the micro-T is a self-contained, self-powered, and field-rugged data logging system. Measuring just over 1/2" in diameter, this micro logger can be securely hidden in important monitoring areas. Up to 2,048 temperature measurements are stored in non-volatile memory at a sample interval of 1 to 255 minutes. Each micro-T has a unique ID to ensure traceability and a 5-10 year battery life. The durable stainless steel package is highly resistant to environmental hazards such as dirt, moisture, and shock.
A full line of accessories is available for mounting and deploying the micro-T. A USB or RS-232 adapter is used for communication with the micro-T logger. Simply insert the micro-T into the PC adapter, and then connect to a PC port for easy set-up and data download. Use micro-T loggers in underwater applications or harsh environments with micro-T underwater housings, which easily connect to mooring lines.
micro-T software makes deployment set up, data download, and analysis simple. A built-in USB driver automatically recognizes the micro-T's unique ID when installed in the USB reader. The software offers virtual instrument control, plots, data tables, statistical analysis, report generation, export to Microsoft Excel or Adobe PDF, and much more.
