Smart USB Sensors | Water Quality Measurement

NexSens WQSensors: Changing the face of the water quality sensor market.

NexSens WQSensors fill a much-needed gap in the water quality industry. These compact smart sensors connect directly to a Window's-based PC via a USB connection, thereby eliminating the need for a meter and the hassle of data transfer to your PC. Since the introduction of WQSensors in late 2005, an increasing number of researchers, consultants, laboratories, and universities have been relying on the affordable, simple water quality measurements provided by these easy-to-use sensors.

WQSensors are available in a wide variety of parameters, including pH, ORP, temperature, dissolved oxygen, and ISE sensors, such as bromide, calcium, chloride, fluoride, ammonium, nitrite, and nitrate. These compact sensors plug directly into a USB connector with a 6-foot cable, allowing for convenient laboratory and field measurements in a very portable package. With a USB hub, multiple sensors can be used simultaneously, allowing for economical multi-parameter measurements. Each sensor contains a unique ID, which is automatically recognized by WQSensor software when connected. Every calibration is automatically logged to a Good Laboratory Practice (.glp) file, which allows the user to track performance and verify accuracy.

Each sensor comes with a standard version of the WQSensor software, which enables sensor connection and basic data collection. With a simple upgrade to WQSensor PRO software, the user can store, process, and analyze data, perform statistical analyses, and easily create reports, graphs, and visual representations that can be easily shared with colleagues. With one click, data and reports can be exported to .xls (Excel), .pdf (Acrobat), or .csv database format, making data transfer and data sharing "fool-proof".

If you have been searching for a way to make affordable, high-quality, multi-parameter water quality measurements, please contact NexSens at 937-426-2703 or www.NexSens.com for more information on WQSensors.
