The Extech 42276 incorporates the 42270 temperature/humidity data logger into a stand alone programming unit, complete with a thermal printer. The 42270 is water resistant and can log up to 16,000 readings (8,000 each temperature & humidity) for days, weeks, and even months. The great thing is that several data loggers can be used and all of the data can be downloaded through the programming unit. There is optional software and USB cable (SW276) that is used to program, download, and further analyze data on a PC.

There are three different ways the included 42270 logger can begin logging, either scheduled, immediate, or magnetic. When storing data, the time and date is also stored with the real-time clock feature. With even more flexibility, the sampling rate is programmable from one second to two hours, plus high/low limits with alarm indication.
