Inuktun's Crystal Cam is a portable visual inspection system consisting of a high-performance micro video camera, completely encased in transparent epoxy. At 2" x 1.5", this lightweight and affordable micro-camera offers great versatility for fitting into tight spaces while maintaining crystal picture clarity.
The Crystal Cam's unique design makes it virtually indestructible, providing worry-free operation in confined and hazardous environments. The camera can be secured to any surface or used as an underwater drop camera with interchangeable tether lengths, ranging from 100 to 1000 feet. With built-in LED lighting and a high resolution, low lux camera, the Crystal Cam is highly effective in low light environments.
The CC-100 Crystal Cam system includes a 12 VDC battery pack (appr. 4 hours of operation per charge) and rugged Pelican carrying case for remote field operation. The Pelican case features a 10.2" LCD screen mounted in the lid for live video feeds. A CompactFlash recorder is also available for live video recording. At normal resolution (320x240), a 1 GB CF card can store approximately 100 minutes of video. The camera can also be connected to most video recorders, monitors, and televisions.
