The model pH100 is a precision tool that measures pH, mV and temperature. Designed for quick, accurate results in an economical platform, this unit has a splashproof housing, 1,000 hour battery life, and auto or manual temperature compensation. This meter uses one 9V battery, and re-calibration is not required when power is restored. A built-in microprocessor stores, calculates and compensates for all parameters related to pH determinations including pH electrode temperature characteristics, electrode slope deviations and buffer solutions. The front of the meter has a large LCD that displays pH or mV and temperature simultaneously along with user prompts and mode indicators. The unit prompts the user through calibration and measurement procedures.
The model pH100 sensors are available as single parameter (pH, ORP, temp) or combinations for pH or mV and Temperature. The ability to measure with a simple, compact instrument allows the pH100 to be used in multiple application strategies.
For calibration, YSI offers a variety of pH standards in boxes of 8 pints. Choose from pH buffers 4, 7, & 10, or select the combination box which offers 2 pints each of buffers 4, 7, and 10. Calibration reagents are purchased separately.
