1. OWNERSHIP:
The equipment is the property of Fondriest Environmental
for the term of rental and at its conclusion.
2. TERMS:
MasterCard, VISA, American Express or purchase order with net 30 days
from receipt of invoice (requires prior approved
credit). The rental period starts on the day the
equipment is received by the customer, and the billing
continues through the day before the equipment is
received by Fondriest Environmental. If the equipment is
received by Fondriest Environmental on Monday, the
customer will not be charged for Saturday and Sunday.
Monthly Rates are invoiced when equipment is shipped.
Rentals longer than one month are billed at 1/30th the
monthly rate per day.
3. CANCELLATION:
If an order is cancelled after shipment, the customer
will be charged a Minimum Cancellation Fee amounting to
3 days rental of the equipment plus shipping charges.
4. FREIGHT:
All freight is paid by the customer except freight
charges resulting from equipment failure (through no
fault of the customer) with subsequent replacement.
5. INSURANCE:
The customer is responsible for insurance coverage based
on replacement cost to cover time of rental period as
described in #2 above.
6. CARE & OPERATION OF EQUIPMENT:
The customer assumes responsibility for the proper care
and operation of the equipment during the rental period.
Loss or damage expenses (beyond normal wear) will be
paid by the customer to Fondriest Environmental at a
rate not to exceed replacement cost. All service to
equipment, except routine field maintenance (i.e. DO
Membrane replacement, calibration, cleaning, ect.), is
provided by Fondriest Environmental. If a service

7. WARRANTY & LIABILITIES:
Fondriest Environmental warrants its equipment to be fit
for intended service throughout the rental period. There
are no other warranties of merchantability fitness or
otherwise, expressed or implied. The equipment is rented
and accepted with the understanding and agreement that
Fondriest Environmental’s liability for damages is
limited to the rental price of the equipment involved
and that Fondriest Environmental shall not be liable for
consequential damages.
8. EXTENTIONS:
In the event that a lease is extended or not returned on
time, the customer will be billed accordingly. Rentals
billed to a credit card will receive automatic charges
to that credit card account.
9. AVAILABILITY:
