YSI Repair Center Services

Quality data depends on monitoring equipment that is precisely and routinely calibrated and repaired. Fondriest’s factory-certified YSI Repair Center is staffed by trained technicians who have performed thousands of calibrations and maintenance procedures. Their experience guarantees proper and efficient work, ensuring the continued delivery of accurate, reliable data.

Once a monitoring system is set up, equipment should be inspected, reconditioned, and calibrated periodically to ensure reliable results. Quality data can be directly correlated to the condition of monitoring equipment.

YSI Repair Services

Fondriest Environmental offers a unique maintenance and certification program for YSI 6-Series sondes & displays, YSI 556 multi-parameter meters, and all other YSI handheld water quality meters. Fondriest repair technicians will perform a free evaluation and send a repair quote via email to the point of contact and then repair the instrument based on the user’s feedback.

Instrument check-up, characterization, and certification by a factory-authorized service center are recommended on a semi-annual basis. In addition to improved data quality, the useful life of the monitoring instrument is extended with regular service.

Fondriest’s YSI service and repair center offers excellent turn-around times and low service costs on YSI instrument repair and annual maintenance services, ensuring the continuity of a sampling program and accuracy of its data. Technicians can also visit the field to repair and calibrate equipment on site.

On-Site Calibration

Field technicians can service monitoring equipment on site. This option means equipment will not have to be sent away and monitoring can resume almost immediately following calibration.

In-House Calibration

Alternatively, sensors and equipment can be sent to Fondriest’s YSI Service Center. Our service center is fully equipped with all the necessary equipment and calibration agents to ensure a dependable calibration with quick turnaround times. Monitoring equipment will be returned with a certified calibration report, so clients can see exactly how well their sensors are functioning.
